Diolch am y rhoddion hael tuag at Nyrsus Cymunedol Ardudwy ar cof am David. Dymunaf ddiolch o waelod calon, i'm teulu, ffrindiau a chymdogion am eu caredigrwydd yn awr ac yn ystod gwaeledd David. Enid would like to thank you all most sincerely for all the sympathy, cards, letters, messages, telephone calls and visits received after my recent bereavement. Special thanks to the Rev. Iwan Llewelyn Jones for his sympathetic service at the Crematorium. My thanks also to Dylan and staff of Pritchard & Griffiths for their support and friendship. I would also like to thank you for the generous donations towards the Ardudwy Community Nurses in memory of David. Thanks also goes to my family, friends and neighbours for their kindness during and after David's illness.
